Ton bag discharging and feeding station
Product Introduction
The Ton-bag discharging and feeding station is used for unpacking and discharging powder and granules in T-bag. This equipment consists of the rack, lifting device, diaphragm valve, temporary storage silo and so on; Two types: Use hoist and forklift according to production technology and equipment size. Dual track is optional for occasion of two electric hoist installation to increase the bag unpacking efficiency. The machine can be carbon steel or stainless steel. The whole machine is with good airtightness, easy to operate, which improve the working environment and also the production efficiency significantly.

Working Principle
Ton bag discharging and feeding station consists of a rack with a discharge hopper, electric hoist, diaphragm valves, pneumatic massage device, dust removal device etc. Lifting the ton bags from the ground up to the feeding port of the machine through crane / forklift, manually open the diaphragm, make the ton bag fall into the silo, and then close the diaphragm, open the bag for discharging from the quick-open bag-unpacking place at side. Together with the pneumatic massage boards and vibration device to ensure the material in the ton bag discharged completely.

Technical Parameter
Main structure: Materials unloading station frame support structure, ton bag lifting device, ton bag hanger, massage board for supporting the ton bag, pocket control valves, sealing device.
Material hopper: Can combine glove box design realizing 100% isolation of dust/ gas away from operator. Fluidization is optional and also a block breaking unit can be equipped under the hopper. Can have the hopper with weighing device to realize measuring function.
Discharging device: Rotary valve + discharge with specific gravity, screw conveyor, vibrating conveyors, pipe chain conveyors, rotary valve + pneumatic conveying, vacuum conveying, etc;
Lifting device: Its own lifting device can hoist the big bag (Ton bag) to the frame, no need for any other help.
Capacity: Design capacity 6-12 bags / hour.
Arch-breaking way: Normally two ways, one is to have beating device to make the powder in the ton bag falling, the other is to do “ massage” the soft big bag (ton bag) to make the material falling.
