This machine is suitable for powder-powder, powder-granule, powder-liquid mixing. Agitators, with a special design in different type (blade, plough, ribbon, etc.) are mounted inside the round, U-shape or O-shape working chamber, materials are fed into the inlet on one end, get mixed inside the chamber and discharge from the outlet on the other end. Normally the materials will stay in the mixer for around 30-120S to implement continuous feeding and discharging. 【Operation Requirements】: 1. Feeding system should be stable and continuous. 2. Feeding speed of each kind of raw material should be proportionally according to the formula. 3. The next process after mixing should deal with the discharged materials in time and not cause blocking. 4. Small amount material (e.g. ≤5%), should be pre-mixed to enlarge its proportion before feeding to the mixer. 5. The feeding speed of the system determines the capacity of mixer, and capacity requirement, mixing uniformity and material feature determines which model to choose.

Equipment material
Carbon steel, SS304 and SS316L for option, meeting the requirement in sanitation, corrosion and wear-resisting working condition.
Adding liquid: The liquid can be mist-sprayed into the mixer, fulfill uniform mixing requirement for small amount of liquid.
Heating mixing
Heating and cooling system are for option to meet the different materials’ constant temperature requirement during operation.
High speed cutters are for option
With high efficiency and large capacity, it is usually used in large-scale mixing production lines. Feeding system, finished hopper and large-scale storage yard should be taken into consideration when designing.
Continuous mixer consists of mechanical drive parts, agitators (ribbon, plough, blade) and working chamber.
Ribbon type: The outer ribbon push the materials from inlet end towards the outlet end whereas the inner ribbon push material in reverse direction, different ribbon angle, direction generate different materials flow, therefore the materials get fully mixed.
Plough type: The plough not only disperses materials along axial direction during high speed rotation, but also drives the materials flow in circles around the chamber wall, which settles the stratification efficiently. At the same time, the high speed cutters generate breaking and dispersing effect.
Blade type: Blades arranged in a special angle rotate reversely at the same speed, to ensure the materials are thrown in radial, axial, and circle direction, generate cross circulating, mixing and shearing effect.
Different chamber shape (U-shape, O-shape, 270º cylinder) are for option to meet the different material’s requirements.
