Vertical conical ribbon mixer has advantages of good mixing performance, easy to discharge etc. Spray device, heating devices, lifting devices and drying devices are for option. Materials are lifted repeatedly, mist-spraying device uniformly sprays the liquid onto the solid materials, so that they will be well mixed. If this mixer is equipped with heating device then it will become an ideal drying machine.

Equipment material can adopt carbon steel, SS304, SS316L, SS321, and also polyurethane lining or coated with high wear-resistant material.
Valves: plum blossom valve, butterfly valve, flap valve and ball valve are for option. 

Working Principle

Vertical conical ribbon mixer consists of driving part, conical cylinder, outer ribbon, inner ribbon screw agitator and discharge valve. The outer ribbon drives the materials rotate and lift them from bottom to top, while the inner ribbon drives the materials to the bottom, thus complete the mixing. Multiple structures are for option.
