Weighing Bin

Product Introduction

Weighing bin is a weighing container widely used in chemical industry, rubber, pesticide, bye, pharmacy and food etc industries. It is usually used in powder automation production line. There is loading cells mounted on bins which are equipped with batching meter and calculate the weight in add method. Intermediate bin is between raw materials storage bins(each for every raw material) and mixing equipment or packer to realize a pipelining operation .

Working Principle

Weighing bin consists of weighing sensor, junction box, batching meter, bin, etc. Start quick feeding according to batching process; stop quick feeding when the materials weight is closed to the setting value(set in commission stage). Start accurate feeding when it is closed to the required value, and taking floated materials into consideration, stop it gradually in advance, and the time is calculated during commission stage and close the cut-off valve immediately to avoid the additional charging. Meters supervise the charging valves at any time. There is a delay time, Δt, when the charging is stopped, the value shows on meter the quantity of first material. Charging materials like this until weight all raw materials.
