Tri-roller mill is suitable for grinding and dispersing ointment or high viscosity slurry with comparatively high requirement of fineness. It achieves required grinding effect by the friction and crashing among the three tilt rollers rotating at different speeds. It is equipped with emergency brake button to prevent equipment damage caused by foreign matter dropped into. The roller is a casting of special hard alloy (and ceramic materials are optional). The hydraulic system controls and regulates the clearance between the rollers to achieve the desired final fineness and production output, stable and high efficient.

Wide application range
The roller can be designed as per materials viscosity to be suitable for materials with high viscosity, mid viscosity, low viscosity respectively.
Little rise in temperature, stable quality of the finished product.
Excellent cooling result can be achieved by inputting cooling water into the roller when the machine is running . Normally the temperature increase will be less than 10℃. And the quality of the finished products is ensured.
Customized options
The machine can be Exproof type.
Tilter station is optional for discharging the materials automatically.
The equipment consists of three rollers fixed on the frame and driven directly by the motor. The rotation direction between rollers is generally different, the former roller rotates forward, rear roller rotates backward. The speed of former roller is quick, while speed of rear roller is slow.
The mid roller is fixed, former and rear rollers are mounted on the slide with spring device. Adjust the distance between three rollers by adjusting hydraulic pressure. The material, charged from space between rear roller and middle roller, are squeezed by the rollers to obtain smaller particle size. Then the material are rolled out by the fast roll (Roll rotates at high speed). The scrapper at the end of the fast roller separate materials from the roller and fall into the collection barrels.
Since it produces a lot of heat in the grinding process, the center of each roller is hollow. Input water for cooling to ensure finished products with good quality.
