Paint Categories

According to the position, paint is mainly divided into the wall paint, wood coatings and metallic paint, etc.; Wall paint include exterior wall paint, interior wall paint and top paint, mainly emulsion paint; Wood coatings are mainly the nitro-lacquer paint, polyurethane paint, etc.; Metallic paint is mainly enamel.

According to the state, paint can be divided into water-based paint and oil-based paint. Emulsion paint is the main kind of water-based paint; Nitro-lacquer paint, polyurethane paint are mainly oil-based paint.

According to the function, paint can be divided into waterproof paint, fire-proof paint, mildew resistant paint , anti-mosquito paint and multi-functional paint etc

According to working state, paint can be divided into volatile paint and involatile paint.

According to the surface effect, paint can be divided into transparent, translucent, and opaque paint.

Main Equipment and Function Introduction

Disperser: For pre-dispersing paint and making paste for the emulsion paint. Various kinds and specification are optional including Disperser with scraper, Vacuum type Disperser, Dual-shaft Disperser with Butterfly agitator, Platform type Disperser etc. to meet various dispersing, mixing requirements.

Basket Mill: A kind of wet milling equipment, it integrates dispersing and grinding two processes into one machine. It reduces production process and also without pump nor valve, so it improves production efficiency and reduces material waste. Besides, it is easy to clean, which makes it is very suitable for production requirements of many different kinds of products in small volume. 

Horizontal Beads Mill: A wet milling machine used for grinding materials with higher final fineness requirements. It is with excellent grinding result and high efficiency. It is the most widely used milling machines in the market including Disc type Horizontal Beads Mill and All-round Horizontal Beads Mill.

Paint Mixer: According to different process and material properties (viscosity, density, etc.), Mixers with various kinds and specifications are optional, including vacuum type, explosion-proof type, one shaft type, dual shaft type and three shaft type etc.

Paint Filling Machine: Packaging specifications ranges from 0.5 Kg to 200 Kg, suitable for filling plastic and metal pails, including semi-automatic and fully automatic type. It also can be customized.

Paint Production Line: Ranging from 500T/year to 50000T/year, it can be customized based on the paint category and production requirements. The whole line can be the combination of all single machines or automatic product line with advanced production technology including materials feeding system, measuring system, dispersing and milling system, multi-functional mixing and tinting system, cleaning system, automatic control system, automatic filling system etc.. The whole system can be Exproof or Non Exproof configuration based on materials property.
