Working Principle

The feeding process of the feeder is to use special vibration motor or two electric motors put the vibration exciter in motion so that drives the feeding trough make periodic and reciprocating vibration along the oblique direction, when the accelerated velocity of the feeding trough is greater than the vertical gravitational acceleration, the material in the trough will be tossed, and jump forward following the parabolic trajectory, the toss and jump movement were finished instantaneously, due to continuous excitation from the excitation source, the vibration trough vibrates continuously, the coal in the trough jumps forward consecutively, so that achieves the purpose of feeding.

Screw conveyor

Screw conveyor according to the conveying form is divided into shaft screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor. According to the appearance, it is divided into U shape screw conveyor and tube type screw conveyor. Shaft screw conveyor is suitable for the non-sticky powder material and small particle material such as cement, fly ash, lime, food, etc.. Bucket Elevator

Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyor is mainly used for horizontal or oblique conveying granules and not dusty materials. The materials are transported from materials charging port to materials discharging port in a cycled belt conveyor. It can be multi- charging points and multi-discharging points. It is with big transport capacity, low energy consumption, low noise, safe and reliable. The specially designed belt conveyor can also with multi discharging outlet. At same time, it also can be designed to be sealed belt to solve the dust flying problem of the belt conveyor.
