Working Principle

Under the cooperation of high speed rotating rotor and diversion cavity, a strong vertical circulation is generated to have the materials do up-and-down circulation and also left-to-right circulation, ideal result of fine blending, dissolving, mixing, dispersing, refining, emulsifying is obtained. It has special function that can pull down the solute with lighter specific gravity than solvent, which solve the difficulty that floating materials can not go through the emulsifying head. So good emulsifying result can be achieve when process materials with comparatively big specific gravity, floating materials and insoluble materials.
