Inline High-shear Emulsifier is a continuous production type emulsifier with high efficiency. It processes materials in continuous production or circulation of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. It narrows the particle size of Liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials through external mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phases evenly to realize good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result. As a result, the materials become stable emulsion. It can be equipped with materials transfer pump in front of it to make it suitable for materials with mid-and-high viscosity. The materials are thoroughly dispersed and sheared after going through it. It is characterized in low noise and stable running, short transfer distance and low head.

Material can be customized to be SS304 \SS321 \SS316L or non conventional materials such as titanium alloy etc. according to requirements.
Mechanical seal and pressure balance tank can be configured to meet with pressurized working condition;
It can also customized to be explosion-proof type.
Inline High-shear Emulsifier (Single Stage)is with horizontal structure. There is a set of stator and rotor in the narrow working chamber. The stator and rotor is double coupling design with high matching precision. The central shaft driven by the motor rotating at a high speed vacuumizes the gap of the rotor and stator, which suck the materials into the stator-and-rotor chamber. Rotor driven by the strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed, which puts the materials under comprehensive action of strong crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction etc between the precision-engineered gap of the stator and rotor. After processed, the materials are flying out and generates strong turbulence under the action of forces from different directions.. This process can circulate for times to obtain finished production with high and stable quality.
