High precision processing and long service life
The stator and rotor are forging materials processed in CNC machining center. The clearance between the stator and rotor is very small to enable to get good shearing result, high emulsifying and dispersing efficiency. And the stator and rotor also can be coated with nano materials to extend their service life.
Safe and easy operation
Adopt air cylinder as lifting actuator. with pneumatic control valve to control emulsifier up, stop and down, low air consumption, easy to operate . The emulsifying head is fixed to the main shaft with hexagon socket-head cap screws, which can be disassembled and exchanged quickly, easy to clean. With manual simple clamping to fix the tanks properly to prevent from accident due to the tank displacement during operation.

The equipment take up little space, with brake wheels to remove easily.
Precision-engineered stator and rotor match with each other perfectly. High-speed rotation motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, which generates vacuum condition between the stator and rotor. So materials are sucked into the chamber from the top of the stator &rotor and also from the bottom. Rotor driven by the strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed, which puts the materials under comprehensive action of strong crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction etc between the precision-engineered gap of the stator and rotor. After processed, the materials are flying out and generates strong turbulence under the action of forces from different direction. Stable emulsion is obtained after repeated disaggregation, dispersion, homogenization, shearing for a certain period with help of mature production technology and certain quantity emulsifier. Man can rotate the air valve to pointing control the air cylinder, and the lifting of cylinder will drive the motor and working head. It has simple structure, easy to operate and have castors make the machine easy to move.
