Product Introduction
High-shear Emulsifier(Hydraulic Lifting) is a batch type machine designed for big volume in industrial production. Its working capacity is generally between 50-5000L. It narrows the particle size of Liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials through external mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phases evenly to realize good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result. As a result, the materials become stable emulsion. The emulsifier is batch production, the working head adopt the new type of dual direction suction structure. The equipment can adopted to wide range viscosity and temperature, and can also customized ex-proof product.

Product Advantages
High efficiency, high product quality
With linear velocity more than 20m/s, it can distribute one phase materials into another phase or many other phase evenly in a short period to obtain fine homogenizing, dispersing emulsifying result. Its finished products are with stable quality and not easy to be laminated.
High precision processing and long service life
The stator and rotor are forging materials processed in CNC machining center. The clearance between the stator and rotor is very small to enable to get good shearing result, high emulsifying and dispersing efficiency. And the stator and rotor also can be coated with nano materials to extend their service life.
Convenient and safe operation
Adopt hydraulic tank as lifting actuator. Control the hydraulic up, stop, down through the oil pump, easy operation and stable. The emulsifying head fixed with the main shaft by hexagon socket screw, can be easily disassemble and replace. It is easy to clean, and can change to different emulsifying head to achieve the best emulsifying and homogenizing effect. With different clamping types to fix the tanks properly to prevent from accident due to the tank displacement during operation.
Adopt hydraulic cylinder as lifting actuator. with hydraulic control valve to control emulsifier up, stop and down, low air consumption, easy to operate . The emulsifying head is fixed to the main shaft with hexagon socket-head cap screws, which can be disassembled and exchanged quickly, easy to clean. Different clamping types(Belt Clamping, Manual Rotation Clamping, Pneumatic Clamping) are optional to fix the tanks properly to prevent from accident due to the tank displacement during operation.
Customized options
Different options are available such as explosion-proof type, closed type, dual-shaft compound type, multi-tanks type, etc.. Material can be customized to be SS304 \ SS316L , coated with anti-corrosive and durable coating.
Working Principle
Precision-engineered stator and rotor match with each other perfectly. High-speed rotation motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, which generates vacuum condition between the stator and rotor. So materials are sucked into the chamber from the top of the stator &rotor and also from the bottom. Rotor driven by the strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed, which puts the materials under comprehensive action of strong crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction etc between the precision-engineered gap of the stator and rotor. After processed, the materials are flying out and generates strong turbulence under the action of forces from different direction. Stable emulsion is obtained after repeated disaggregation, dispersion, homogenization, shearing for a certain period with help of mature production technology and certain quantity emulsifier. Man can control the oil pump to drive the hydraulic lifting. Lifting frame drive the transmission mechanism and working group lifting, it is easy to operate and steady lifting.
