Little temperature rising
Equipment can be equipped with water cooling device; can apply to low melting point, low flash point, and heated easy soft and sticky materials.
Main Grinder is consists of base seat, man shaft, shell, removable tray, fixed tray, sieve, hopper, dust device etc.. Removable tray is fixed on the main shaft and the fixed tray is installed on the front cover. The removable tray rotates at high speed along with the main shaft. The materials are smashed by their relative movement. The smashed materials are sieved, the finer ones go through the mesh and flow out from the outlet of the base seat. While the coarse ones stay in the chamber for further smashing, This process repeats until all the materials are smashed. The micro/fine powders from the outlet are collected in the filtration bags inside the de-dusting box under the negative pressure. Rap the cloth bag and materials fall down to material tray.
Particle size can be decided by the change of different number sieve.
