Product Introduction
Micro Grinder consists of main driving device, ultrafine powder collection device, powder delivery pipeline and electric cabinet. The air classification device is installed in the main driving machine, enable to adjust the granularity of the finished products arbitrarily and to make material’s temperature increase slow during grinding, and also to avoid materials over-crushing. It is characterized in stable technical performance, low noise, electricity saving, high productivity and especially suitable for grinding heat sensitive materials such as sugar, plastic powder and traditional Chinese medicine etc.

Equipment can be equipped with water cooling device; can apply to low melting point, low flash point, and heated easy soft and sticky materials.
Working Principle
The main grinder is consists of frame, various speed adjusting reducer, automatic feeder and grinding chamber. And the main working components of the grinding chamber are classification device, gear ring, diversion ring and grinding knife. Automatic feeder pushes the materials to the grinding chamber through negative pressure, the materials in the grinding chamber are smashed and sheared frequently by the grinding knife. And the materials are also smashed by the high frequency vibration generated from vortex flow. The smashed powder is entered into revolution wheels by negative pressure. The powder will be threw to the conical case if its size is bigger than the classification particle, and back to the grinding chamber for further grinding. The qualified materials will be sent to the materials collection pipes and to the supporting device to discharge with the help of pneumatic power.
