Environmentally-friendly and Easy Operation
Emulsifying process are proceeded in vacuum condition which protects the products from dust and microorganism’s pollution. Materials in water phase kettle, oil phase kettle and powder phase kettle(optional) are charged into main kettle in vacuum. Main kettle turns over and realizes discharge.
Multiple Functions, Sufficient Mixing
Main kettle can be heated and cooled; materials in main kettle are sheared, dispersed and emulsified in high speed driven by emulsifier in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions: frame-type scraper mixing in clockwise and blade-type agitator mix in anticlockwise direction. Thereinto, scraper agitator generates centrifugal effect during operation and makes PTEF scraper closed to tank wall which solves the residuals on tank wall without dead zones. Frequency converter ensures the speed control. Homogenization mixing and blade mixing can be used together or separated. Dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying and mixing can be finished in a short time.
Real-time Supervision, Easy Operation
There is a sight glass on cover which can supervise inside of kettle. Jacket is three layers, heating and cooling is finished in the same one, in addition, aluminium silicate temperature protection layer is at the outer of jacket can protect workers from scald and ensure production safety.
Sanitation level conform to GMP
Contact part with medium in the entire production line is SS304, inside and outside are mirror polished, vacuum mixing devices are clean which conforms to GMP standard.
Reliable and stable intelligent production
Raw materials charging is with automatic metering and control system. Touch screen, IPC, PLC, etc take use of international famous brand products which can be programmed and realizes industry intelligent.
Materials, in homogenization kettle, are mixed by PTEF scraper(closed to the wall of kettle so it can sweep the residuals on wall) and generates new plates, in addition, with the shear, compress, fold of frame-type agitator, materials are mixed and fall to the bottom of homogenizer. Though the strongh shear, crash, turbulence generated by high speed rotor and stator, materials are sheared to be particle ranges from 200nm to 2μm.
As the homogenization main kettle are in vacuum, babbles are absorbed generated during mixing in time. The cover is hydraulic lifting. Materials are absorbed into main kettle by vacuum system. And the discharging method is direct discharge or turn over the kettle. Materials can be heated by heating the inner jacket by electric or steam. Heating temperature can be set to a constant. Jacket is also used to cool down the materials by injecting cold water. Homogenization mixing and blade mixing can be used together or separated. Dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying and mixing can be finished in a short time.
